**This is a competition entry**
Another day, another blogging competition! They all seem to be holiday related.. can anyone tell I want/need a holiday?

This competition is centred around Amsterdam with the prize winner bagging themselves a trip to the 'Dam! Check it out here.

I have never been to Amsterdam so when I heard about this competition I jumped at the chance to get involved.

Going to Amsterdam has always been on my list of places to go, so I would love to be able to get my clogs on and have a little jaunt there! This is my Amsterdam look book for a weekend trip!

What has always attracted me to Amsterdam is the VERY wide variety of things on offer for tourists! I really enjoy sight seeing, shopping and partying and this is very much a place where you can do all three! I loved the Diary of Anne Frank and would undoubtedly have to go visit the museum, but I am equally as curious about the red light district so I couldn't go to Amsterdam and not pay a trip there to see what all the fuss is about!

My dream trip would start by checking in at the DoubleTree by Hilton Centraal Station which is fantastically situated to get around the city and take in everything it has to offer. All that's left to do is unpack my case and get ready for a cocktail or two...

I recently got sent a beaut of a little carry on suitcase by Swimwear365* which accompanied me on my work trip to Great Yarmouth! It is amazing, very light and durable, fits loads in and is easily recognisable on the luggage carousel!

As winter is fast approaching, my Amsterdam Style is based on mix and match options that will complement each other. Skirts and shorts paired with tights, leather style trousers that will work with the leopard print top for a night on the town or paired with the striped jumper and flat pumps for a shopping day.

The embossed leather bag from Topshop is the perfect size to accommodate a map for a day out, but also small enough to take out in the evening!

Throw in some killer heels and some sturdy boots, bobble hat and hand warmers and finally the incredibly popular khaki and leather sleeve anorak, and there you have a versatile weekend wardrobe for every occasion that might crop up :o)
