A few weeks back my lovely Blogger pal Anoushka Loves invited me to come along with her to the opening of Wilson's Social based at Hotel/Hostel Selina. We had bottomless brunch and got to check out the redeveloped Hatters Hostel and The Patron NQ Site.

I remembered Hatters Hostel to be fairly basic and had never been inside so getting to walk round the hotel hostel in it's newly formed 'Selina' style was a surprise to me as the space is absolutely massive! It is literally an instagram dream every where you walk.. all carefully thought out and all fixtures and fittings sourced from local suppliers which was really nice to see. Everything flows nicely and the idea is that there is a room for everyone and their budget; hence the hotel/hostel name. You can stay in classic dorm style hostel rooms but you can also stay in individual hotel style rooms and apartments, all very uniquely designed!

The shared spaces for the hostel rooms were so lovely and welcoming and you could just picture setting up camp to get some work done, entertaining with friends or just chilling and looking at your photos from a day exploring! I really loved the concept of Selina and how they try and establish a proper community feeling in each of their locations, I would love to book into one of their various spaces around the world! (New York opens in November 2019...!)

From somewhere to sleep to somewhere to eat.. Wilson's Social has taken over the previous Patron site and I LOVE IT. It is beautifully decorated and we had possibly the best breakfast I have had in Manchester.

FOR. REALS.

Eggs Benedict with the most amazing hash browns, breakfast cocktails and home made, toasted(!) banana bread made for a very happy tummy. I am desperate to go back and try more from the menu!

I'd highly recommend popping in for drinks or a bite to eat, it is wonderfully relaxing and there will be further updates to the site including a night club and more bar spaces coming soon!
