On Saturday I finally attempted Spinning!

I was very kindly invited to #BLOGSPINBRUNCH by Ledigo PR which was a 45 min spin followed by a refuel courtesy of Neighbourhood in Manchester!

I genuinely didn't know what to expect from spinning but I was very pleasantly surprised! It was hard, I can't sugar coat it, but it's one of those things that you kinda self-manage if that makes sense? My only slightly negative aspect about it is the sore lady region from the seats which quite clearly are not designed with comfort in mind... but that is easily solved!!! I have found a special silicone spinning cushion on amazon so that next time I go my bottom will be slightly happier.. haha!

After our 45 min spin, we headed over to Neighbourhood for some food and were treated to some absolutely amazing sushi, mini burgers and other canapes! It was a fab morning and I can't wait to try spinning again :)

Manchester Spin Factory has two locations, across the road from Salford Central Train Station and another location near the airport. Booking onto classes is super easy using their dedicated app where you can pre-purchase credits and book yourself in at a time that is convenient for you. The state of the art equipment and highly qualified trainers make for a high energy, fun and efficient workout!
