RUN IN THE DARK MANCHESTER
On 11th November at 8pm, I will be lycra'd up and have my running shoes at the ready for Manchester's Run in the Dark!

Part of a global relay, Run in the Dark Manchester takes place this Wednesday in Media City in aid of the Mark Pollock Trust, to try and find a cure for spinal cord injuries. Runners can do 5k or 10k and we will take to the streets in glittering fashion with our lights and glow sticks!

There are still places available if you fancy it, come along and join in the fun for a very worthy cause! :)
