A couple of weeks back I attended a makeup master class with the wonderful Natasha Denona at Selfridges Trafford.

Ahead of the launch of the brand new Sunrise Palette*, Natasha hosted a session to demo the shadow collection along with her Bronze and Glow Tan Palette*, all containing gorgeous warm tones, perfect for the summer season!

I must admit that at first I was slightly unsure as to how to make such vivid colours work on myself but as you can see, the look that Natasha created was stunning, incredibly wearable and used some of the brightest colours in the palette!

It was so nice to be able to pick up some tips and tricks from Natasha in such an intimate setting, I am not a trained makeup artist so anything I do is picked up through trial and error and taking note of advice from the professionals. I am so looking forward to playing around with this palette and finding looks that work for me. My first thoughts are that the pigmentation and colours are of exceptional quality from a blending and longevity perspective.

The Bronze and Glow Tan Palette was also so lovely and worked really well on the model's pale skin which has encouraged me to give more bronzed looks a go! There are a variety of product forms within the palette including cream, cream to powder and powders so they are incredibly long lasting and blendable.

I was not able to find the palettes on the Selfridges website but they are available in store at the Trafford Centre if you want to treat yourself!

Big thank you to Selfridges and Carousel PR for inviting me to such a lovely event!

This was a press event and I was very kindly gifted both the Sunrise and Bronze and Glow Tan Palettes, however I was under no obligation to post about the products or the event itself. My opinions are as always completely honest.
