VAPIANO MANCHESTER

Last week I headed over to Vapiano in the Corn Exchange to try out the unique, freshly served menu. It's unlike any other restaurant concept I have been to, where each dish is made to order at the counter.

Fresh, home cooked style meals are on offer and I was most definitely impressed with what we tried and saw.

Opting for the sharer antipasti plate to start, me and my pal enjoyed fresh bruschetta, mozzarella, pesto and cured meats. We then moved onto the most delicious pasta I have had in a long time. My pal opted for Penne Carbonara and I went for the Steak Special Tagliatelle.

It was so beautifully fresh and tasty, I will most certainly be back! I loved the ease of the dining experience and had a lovely evening.
